Microsoft Teams

We use platforms of other providers (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) for video and audio conferences internally and in communication with external partners.
We currently work with Microsoft Teams, a messenger and conference software from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399 USA. You can view the provider’s privacy policy at privacy.microsoft.com/en/privacystatement.

In this context, data of the communication participants are processed and stored on the servers of the third-party providers, insofar as they are part of communication processes with us. This data may include, in particular, inventory data (e.g. names, addresses), contact data (e.g. email, telephone numbers), content data (e.g. text entries, photographs, videos), usage data (e.g. websites visited, interest in content, access times), meta/communication data (e.g. device information, IP addresses).
Third-party providers may sometimes process usage data and metadata for security purposes, service optimization or marketing purposes. Please consult the data protection notices of the respective third-party providers. We have entered into the necessary agreements with the third-party providers commissioned by us, which also include the contractual stipulation of data processing exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).
If we ask you for your consent to the use of third-party providers or certain functions (e.g. consent to the recording of conversations), the legal basis for processing is consent. Furthermore, their use may be a component of our (pre-)contractual services, provided that the use of third-party providers has been agreed within this framework. Otherwise, your data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in efficient and secure communication.

Matomo Analytics

If you have given your consent, this website uses the open source web analysis service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that enable the cross-page recognition of users to analyze user behavior. The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before it is saved.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data about the use of our website by the users of our website. This enables us, among other things, to recognize when which page views were made and from which region the respective user comes. We also record various log files (e.g. IP address, referrer, browser and operating system used) and can measure whether visitors to our website perform certain actions (e.g. clicks, purchases, etc.).

Matomo is provided by SF Tech GmbH as a technical service provider on behalf of and in accordance with the specifications of Gesundheitsforen Leipzig GmbH via a server operated by SF Tech GmbH.
